In 1996, Harald Zahn GmbH developed a roof parapet fastener (registered German utility patent G 296 06 748) and thus provided its customers with another construction element which allows the roofing sheet to be fastened to the roof parapet using a uniform system.

In addition to other new developments and improvements, for all of which industrial property right applications were filed, our company was able to offer its partners a screwing machine (German patent 198 11 929), which singles and screws the Zahn plastic screw combinations with the aid of a newly designed device. Among experts, this screwing machine is known as today.

Since 1999, the , another patented screwing machine (German patent 199 21 426), which enables the Zahn plastic screw combinations to be screwed by machine even in the edge area of the roof and at light cupolas,

has been available to the partners of Harald Zahn GmbH. Gripper fingers in the fix the fastening element exactly in the screw-in axis so that also allows sloped roofs to be fastened by machine.

Of course our plastic plug combinations can be used and processed also in belted form in these devices. The Zahn-Magazinierband is likewise patented (German patent 199 55 173).

Through steady contact with our customers, continuous customer support at the construction site, and direct communication with the users of our products, the staff of Harald Zahn GmbH is confronted daily with the problems to which solutions are sought at our company. In close cooperation between our customer service staff, our application technology department, and the patent department at our headquarters in Wiesloch, patent solutions are developed,

prototypes are built, and trials are carried out whose results are supplied for industrial property right applications and which are ultimately made available to our partners.

As a result of these company achievements, the Zahn roof- and ceiling system (German patent application 100 44 277) was developed between 1999 and 2000. With the aid of a specially formed trapezoidal sheet, assemblies on the outer side of the roof and structures on the inner side of ceilings can be fixed to the trapezoidal sheet of the roof without it being perforated by screws or drill holes.

Of course, Harald Zahn GmbH presents itself with names and logos protected by trademark law which signalize to its customers immediately that the materials and implements purchased by them are products.
